Weekly challenge #116

I made the string with my eyes closed and used tanglepatterns.com closed my eyes and by chance choose the tangle and this is what I came up with.

Tri-hairy/mooka/betweet!

This is a zendala using a three petal string filled with betweet-ish tangles and the other space has hairy and mookas in them outlined with something I found on Pinterest with no name. I am kinda proud it turned out pretty good after all!

Two to tangle!

Here are my tangles for yesterday and today. The one with the 3 rainbows has octopus batons and scallops with some aura work tossed in for fun. The other one has kitties, mooka, and some funky junk I tossed in just to try it out. I am trying to branch out and expand my art while keeping my calmness.

Weekly challenge #115 Earth Day

This ZIA is worked using drupe, angle fish, bubbles, feather falls, starmap, and Ixirus. I used a cookie cutter to make the outline and another five pointed star cookie cutter for the string. Each tangle symbolizes one of the five elements: earth, water, air, fire, and mystery/spirit. The flower is four hearts meaning harmony, humanity, love, and peace the star is the symbol for Wicca and many pagan beliefs but can also be the five wounds of Christ or the five elements of traditional Chinese medicine so it is a transcended symbol for faith, healing, growth, community, and hope.
